REFUND POLICY

What’s your return policy?

We don’t currently offer returns and exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with
your order (such as misprinted, wrong item, damaged, or defective products), please let us
know within 10-days of receiving the items by reporting an issue claim

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If
either of these situations applies to you, please contact us within 10-days of receiving the
items and report an issue claim at https://www.mygrindseason.com/contact. Please
include photos of the wrong/damaged items, your order number, and any other relevant
details about your order, and we’ll promptly assist you.


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about the size that would fit better,
please refer to our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed in our store, available in
the product description section.


Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case,
please let us know by filing an issue claim within 10-days after receiving your order. Include
your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll promptly send you a
replacement or issue a refund.

What is the Return Process?
To return an item, please email customer service and file an issue claim at

https://www.mygrindseason.com/contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Pre-
Authorization (RMP). Please include the order number, details about the issue with the

item, reason for the return, and attach images of the product. We will promptly respond to
your request.


After receiving an RMP, securely package the item in its original packaging, and mail your
return to the following address within 14-days of receiving the authorization:

This address should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence
(notices, letters, etc.) sent to this address will be returned to the sender.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly
recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Returns Timeline
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10-days
after the product has been received. All products must be returned within 30-days after the
product has been received.


For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10-days after the
estimated delivery date. All products must be returned within 30-days after the product
has been received.


Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Report an issue claim
